Overview

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems with precision and adherence to manufacturer specifications and local codes. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps).
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems using testing equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations (e.g., refrigerant handling).
Document work performed, parts used, and system status in ClickUp; photo documentation in CompanyCam.
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance.

Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC experience; NATE certification preferred.
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment; own tools and reliable vehicle.
Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
