You’re a multi‑trade finisher who can own small service tickets end‑to‑end: light carpentry, drywall/paint blends, fixture swaps, and minor tile/flooring repairs. You protect finishes, communicate clearly, and deliver tidy, code‑aware work.

Deliver framing through finish carpentry with clean tolerances and homeowner‑ready workmanship. Coordinate with other trades, protect finishes, and close punchlists to zero.

Provide on‑site leadership across multiple jobs. Enforce safety, quality, and schedule; clear blockers; and ensure punch‑free turnovers.
